Ponk is an expression of our belief  in the essential relevance of antique and vintage furniture for contemporary living. The old and the new brought together in a fresh visual context creates multi-layered interiors with flair and individuality. Introducing few special pieces of antique and vintage furniture is a great way to  break up the monotony of contemporary interiors and add character to your space.

We RESCUE sophisticated yet unpretentious antique and vintage furniture with care and passion. We look for beautiful pieces with timeless quality, both in terms of construction and style, that we can imagine having around for long time. Because we also believe in moving away from the throw-away society we became. Having fewer things, but valued and beautiful, that can be treasured and passed down the next generation.

The furniture we select was made to last and it  has successfully stood the test of time. Its vitality can be attributed to the exceptional quality of craftsmanship and materials used - too rare and too expensive to be reproduced in mass production of today. We honour this tradition and the individuality of each piece and RESTORE all our furniture  by hand in our workshop.

We are also very excited about reusing antique furniture in a completely new way. Juxtaposing the warmth of old wood with new and unexpected materials to create bold contemporary furniture with character or reinventing an old piece with a new function to better suit our contemporary lifestyle.  All furniture we REDESIGN retains that sense of history that comes with antique and vintage furniture, lending substance to the new pieces. And it's great for the environment!
